Job Description We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Sports Physical Therapist to join our team. As a Sports PT, you will be responsible for evaluating, diagnosing, and treating athletes recovering from injuries, as well as helping them prevent future injuries through individualized rehabilitation programs. You will work closely with athletes, coaches, and medical staff to ensure a safe return to sport and optimal performance. Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough evaluations of athletes' musculoskeletal and neuromuscular systems to diagnose and develop appropriate treatment plans. Administer therapeutic modalities, manual therapy, and exercise regimens tailored to individual needs. Work with athletes to prevent injuries by designing prevention programs focused on strength, flexibility, and conditioning. Educate athletes on injury prevention, recovery strategies, and overall health and wellness. Track progress and adjust rehabilitation plans as necessary to meet recovery goals. Collaborate with physicians, athletic trainers, and other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care. Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with HIPAA and clinic policies. Required Qualifications Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited program.
